Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy a Skyprint book from Nicolas Wiethoff ("we"), based in Arizona, United States. Contact details are below. If you are a consumer, nothing here limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you.

What you buy

A personalized birth-chart book: a PDF of about 20 pages made for one person from the birth date, birth time (optional) and birth place you give us. Planet positions are calculated with astronomical software. The text is written with the help of an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from those calculated positions and checked by a person before it is sent.

For entertainment only

Astrology is not a science and the book is not a prediction. It is for entertainment and self-reflection, and is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice.

Ordering and price

You pay $8 once through our checkout provider, Payhip, which processes the payment with Stripe or PayPal. There is no subscription. After paying, you fill in a short form with the birth details. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. You must be 18 or older to buy.

Delivery

We email the PDF to the address you give in the form, normally within 24 hours of receiving the completed form. If it hasn't arrived within 48 hours, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Details about someone else

If the book is a gift, you'll give us another person's name and birth details. Please only do this if you know them and believe they'd be happy to receive it. We'll delete their details if they ask.

Using the book

You may keep, print and give the book to the person it was made for, and share pictures of it. Please don't resell it.

Our responsibility

If we fail to deliver or the book is faulty (for example, made from different details than you entered), we fix it or refund you. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the book. Our total responsibility for an order is limited to its price, except where the law doesn't allow such a limit (for example for intent, gross negligence or injury).

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

14-day refund, no questions asked. If the book doesn't feel personal, or you change your mind, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full price. You don't need to give a reason. This also covers the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU and UK have for online purchases. To use it, simply tell us by email that you want to withdraw or get a refund; you can use your order number. We refund within 14 days of your message, using the same payment method.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. We answer within 2 working days.

What we collect and why

• Order details (your name, email, what you bought, payment status) from Payhip, to process and document your order.
• The birth-details form (first name, birth date, time and place, focus areas, gift note, your email), to make and send the book.
• Legal basis: performing our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and keeping accounting records required by law (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Who handles it for us

• Payhip (checkout), with Stripe or PayPal (payment). We never see your card details.
• Tally (the birth-details form).
• Anthropic (Claude AI), which receives the birth details to help write the text.
• Google (Gmail), which we use to send the book.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and sees basic connection data such as your IP address to deliver the page.

Some of these companies are in the United States. They protect transfers with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We delete the form answers and the book file 30 days after delivery. We keep order and payment records as long as tax law requires, without birth details.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. Email us and we'll reply within a month. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

This website

This page sets no cookies and uses no trackers or analytics. The free chart tool runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type into it is sent to us. Fonts and scripts load from this site itself.
